cold room dated room
The staff were helpful. That was acceptable.
I found the room cold and dated. there was a tiny radiator that didn't heat the entire space. the bathroom had no heating at all. It was disappointing.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room and Service
constant noise uncaring staff
The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing nearby attractions and restaurants.
The room I got was pretty rough around the edges. The noise from what sounded like air conditioning units was constant, and the staff did not seem to care.

decent location, but some disappointments
old room slow service
The room i had was showing its age. the bathroom had some visible wear and tear (the grout needed cleaning). breakfast service was slow one morning. I waited quite a while for my order. this was frustrating when i had planned to leave early for the day.
